Technologies offer a platform, Ergo, for developing natural language based applications. Ergo analyses a query or command and translates it to a computer instruction or a database query. Ergo can be used both with text input and with speech input. In voice applications, like advanced IVR solutions, speech recognition is only half of the answer.
