Joakim Ingers has a long and solid experience of industrial product development. He was a Director and General Manager at Ericsson and led the mobile phone effort into wireless Internet terminals and applications. Some of the products, like the R380, P800 or the R310, have become landmarks in their respective category. Björn Alsén has over twelve years of experience as a management consultant with PA Consulting Group, Boston Consulting Group, and lately with Arthur D. Little. Björn has very broad industry perspective but has his work focus on the TIME sector, with an emphasis on management of technology. He has worked with most of the major Swedish corporations. Björn is a board member of Citat AB (publ).

Gregor Jonsson is one of the key inventors of the mechanism behind the Q&A product. The invention is based on his Ph. D. research work on information processing. He has extensive experience from software development with IBM and has served as software developer, development manager, and customer support responsible over the past 15 years. He is the founder of a software consultant company.
